Hip Kids

We purchased a table and chair set from HipKids. One of the chairs had extremely uneven leg lengths - some were 2-3cm shorter than others. This of course, is not what you want when you have a 2 year old who could easily tip over a chair if it's not stable.So we emailed them to see if we could get a replacement. We had to send 2 sets of photos to 'prove' the chair was unstable before they would send a replacement, and even then they only sent 2 legs (why not send a whole chair?). The new legs still do not solve the issue, so we have a table and 3 chairs and the other one is rubbish as their only advice is to just use extra felt padding underneath which doesn't fix the issue and is, frankly, unsafe!I'm not sure why it is a problem to expect that when you order something that is relatively costly, that it would not be of good quality and be safe straight away.So be wary of buying from this company - if the item you buy is faulty, you'll get stung with their terrible quality control/customer service.
