Privacy concerns at repco.I paid for an online order and went to pick up my order to which I was asked for my ID, the customer service assistant started writing down my licence number on a piece of paper to which I stopped her on. This is absolutely not acceptable to write someone's personal and private details down on a piece of paper, one. They must keep all personal and private data for 7 years, we're did they intend to keep this piece of paper with my private licence details ? Two, when a customer presents his or her ID with the confirmation email and sms, this should be substantial as the process they are using is very unsafe and unreasonable for any person and their policies and procedures need to change to reflect this. Unfortunately for them, I will no longer be a customer of Repco.

Repco Burleigh always has plenty of stock or can get it for you overnight, and staff are very good, my first stop for parts always.

Amazing service!! Shout out to Vicki, you’re a superstar. I went in the day before around 3pm looking for a particular product. They didn’t have any in stock so ordered it saying it would be in the next dat... and it was!! They called to let me know and everything. So good. Thanks heaps guys.
