Aramex Newcastle

The Aramex courier that delivers parcels to my place never lets me know that I have a delivery, he just leaves the parcel on my verandah & leaves, never knocks or ring my doorbell. If he was being followed the thieves could take the parcel & I wouldn’t know….he drives a blue Mazda DHW * 13K

Worst courier service. Refuse to deliver to me after I got angry with a rude, abusive and insensitive courier. Left parcels up against door so I couldn't get out of house, couldn't open screen door. I am disabled and mobilise on stick and when I asked her how I was to get parcels backyard/ drive way and get out of house courier replied 'not my problem I have delivered to your front door' Now as a result I have to suffer extra pain from my disability and travel to their depot to retrieve all my packages even though I have paid for delivery

Have numerous events of the deliverer not alerting me that the parcel was delivered. When questioned have found the person rude & abusive. A simple knock on the door or ring the bell he’s delivered my parcel yet he states that’s not my job!

Hello, After your couriers leaving a calling card(s) at our work when our address clearly states Level 1/489......... NSW ... and the couriers were too lazy to walk up the stairs as all other couriers do we went 30 minutes out of our way this morning to the address provided via your website to collect. That address does not exist on any GPS and when you put in that Depot address you end up at a Wetsuit shop, this gentleman there said he has had a few people there looking for your depot. I told the lady on the phone this morning and she didnt care too much. How frustrating I have now got back to work and paid your rip off fee of $5.50 per parcel for re-direction. Just bad customer service

Absolutely the worst courier in Australia ATM, 2/2 deliveries from them have been delivered to 2 seperate addresses.How can one company have so much incompetence????

Consistent slow delivery times and constant delays. Items out for delivery and don’t get delivered because of delays.I am no longer buying from sellers that use Aramex.

Order was supposed to be picked up on the 12th. Aramex driver never even turned up yet tagged it as no one home to hand over order. Order was then taken to Aramex depot on the 18th in person and handed over. Finally left Melbourne on the 24th and still not at Newcastle depot on the 29th. Just called up Aramex and they have no idea where the order is... Do not recommend at all."

1. I had Amarex delivery previously at Sydney, poor delivery service with them as well and never received my parcel. (But that could be sender issue as it was supposed to be compensation to my wait time)2. This parcel, they didn't even bother try to put my name correctly (how hard is it to spell?) And my address incorrectly, so they had failed attempt at delivery.3. When they delivered this parcel, which was left front of the house, it clearly says signature required but no one was home, so they just authorised it themselves and went on with next delivery. This parcel alone had at least 350USD worth of item. Left it at front door to everyone who walked by to see. Not that it's a bad neighbourhood but stealing can happen anywhere.Please if you are dealing with international shoppers, ask them to avoid EMS who works with Aramex.

Would not recommend. I got told they didn’t pickup a tyre as a deliverie. I had to ring another Aramax office to have tyre picked up.Mind you it took nearly a week to pickup which I can’t really understand why. I also found it hard to contact this office. I’d never use Newcastle courier service again! I’m absolutely disgusted by the service I received or more to the point ignored!Even the other Aramax office were surprised at their pickup performance.
