Took my car, a 2021 Toyota Kluger, for a wash because it was dirty. To my absolute shock, the guy at the car wash refused to wash it because it was too dirty. I thought that I'd heard it all. He was rude and extremely arrogant when I questioned him about this. They want to wash only clean cars it seems. He said that he wasn't concerned about the google ratings. Just rude!
