received KitchenAid mixer quickly after placing an order on Ebay but it is definately not brand new as in Ebay product description. box was opened before and resealed, and there was grease at the mixer's base. I took few photos and requested refund, seller rejected. Waited for 5 working days and escalated to eBay. Approved by Ebay in 4 hours. Shipped back with the returning post slip provided, refunded by Ebay when delivery confirmed.

Terrible service. Purchased a set of knives from this seller, and they sent out the incorrect item. They have sent a return label out to me for return and refund, although the parcel has been left sitting on my front porch for nearly a week now. They have tried to pass the buck saying the item wasn’t left out quick enough and pickup was missed although I put the item out within 1 day to which I was advised. Still waiting on my refund to purchase the correct item elsewhere.

I have been a regular customer at Arrowmaster for decades. I love the variety of products available and the prices are competitive. Access is easy with street parking right outside the entrance. The staff there are friendly and helpful. An overall great shopping experience!

Great experience! The shop is recently refurbished with the addition of a Bacino Coffee Bar. This is truly a One Shop Stop with the best brands in kitchenware, Homeware and Gifts.

Appalling customer service. If I could give a zero I would!I purchased a “Scandinavian style” Christmas tree from them. Immediately upon opening box i was horrified as it looked nothing like the advertised picture. In fact it looked like it could have been off the tip pile. I emailed business straight away requesting return, without response. Multiple unanswered attempts to telephone them next day, I eventually got an answer and was told that they respond to emails at the end of the day. I explained my distress over the product and they flat out and rudely refused return. After 3 emails sending photos as they suggested I had no response so, I lodged a dispute with PayPal, then they finally responded saying this was simply a change of mind purchase on my part and provided a picture of a hideously over decorated tree showing me how it can be “styled”.I simply wanted a beautiful and classy tree that I didn’t need to over decorate. $249 for this tree which was a lot of money for me to spend on a Christmas tree let alone something that will now go to the tip.This business has no idea about follow up customer service. Had they offered me return for credit I would have accepted and they may have gained repeat business.Appalling experience!
