Alpha Level Floor Sanding Services

DO not use these incompetent criminals. We were not happy with the swirly marks made by the sanding equipment & they chose a colour completely different to the floor in the next room which we asked them to match. When James Rhee came back , he agreed that he could see the marks. We asked him to sand it back , fix the marks & change the colour. He went out to his van & with the motor running , sent his apprentice back in to tell us that he wouldn't do the job,and the drove off. UNFORTUNATELY , WE HAD GIVEN HIM $ 1,000 (IN GOOD FAITH) AT THE BEGINNING OF THE JOB!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU JAMES ; YOU ARE A THIEF !!!!!!!!! The cost & inconvenience of having to repair the mess we were left in will be way beyond the highest quote we received.

James came at very short notice to sand and polish a room for us, the fourth job he has done for our extended family. The work was done very efficiently and the results are excellent. We will happily use his services again in future.

We used James after a recommendation from our sparky. Very happy with the job he's done over the three days on the two rooms we've had repaired, sanded back and recoated.Looking at the old review he must have gotten rid of the apprentice as there was no sign of him.
