i would not even give them one star if at all possible. i was better of with a head full of rotting teeth than letting these negligent hacks work on me. be aware that their complaints process is a joke of a broken system that goes all the way to the health ombudsman. My advise is get the tickets for a private dentist and do not trust these dremal operators with your oral health

Waited 21/2 years on the list to have all work done only to have my service plan postponed the day before the work was to commence due to covid 19 and was told they would contact me with a new appointment ,its now been 4 months and private dentists are all back at work but i have heard nothing and i just spent 1 hour on hold till i opted for the call back service which i highly doubt will ever come ,yet another third rate government service not providing much service .

The dentist whom I had last weekend was amazing. Its been years since I'd been to the dentist because of the cost going privately. The dentist who did my filling told me everything that I needed to get done and even told me something no other dentists had ever told me which I had a hunch about (grateful he told me). Their response was quick when calling the metro line and had my appointment a week later. Have another one next week but I'm hoping I can get everything done after a few more follow-up appointments.
