Kindly allowed me to see my ailing Cat.

Thank you to Dr Yuki, Dr Julie, Dr Kerry and the entire team for taking such excellent care of our 14yo Teddy. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. Although it was upsetting having to leave him overnight twice in one week, I knew he would be in excellent hands and get the care he needed.

I attended This vet this evening 8th August 2022 . The lady that greeted me was abrasive and rude from the moment I buzzed the door she already seemed annoyed . My pet and I then get inside she gives me some papers to sign (naturally) and then scoffed at me and said it’s going to be 300 (fine no problem)as I’m filling out forms she comes back out and says “are you finished “ ?? I responded with I’ll be another 30 seconds I’m just getting my dogs insurance number again a scoff “well the vet won’t see you til you get that “Anyhow overall terrible experience it wasn’t so much what she said it was how she said it, whilst I understand there are Protocols and that given we came late in the evening the vets rates may be slightly higher and she did her job by informing me .I’m not unreasonable! However I will never come to this vets and as I didn’t get her name she’s the lady with purple hair . So to you lady with the purple hair you need to be a little empathetic I have ran businesses all over Sydney and if I was your leader I’d give you the feedback that you need to be a little bit more empathetic especially when people coming to the vets could slightly be already distressed. I hope you are met with love in your personal life and that you are happy !! Next time I will drive a little further and go to my normal vets SASH. Where no matter what time of the day we are met with non hostile staff . I am sure this is possibly a one off but if management read this feel free to contact me happy to discuss it. The vet that saw us however was very nice .
