Pedders Suspension & Brakes Enoggera

I have a single cab land cruiser that needed new break pads and rotors. The crew toled me that the job was worth 2k the guy on the phone said it is what it is with price . I said it is not what it is and went to jacs tyres at Aspley they did the job for 1k the guys at jacs tyres where very professional handy and no Toyota tax . Will not be using pedders again they want to retire on ppl that own land cruisers. Definitely get second opinions before excepting prices

I’ve used and recommended Pedder’s multiple times over the past 30+ years, but I will never use or recommend them ever again.I originally got an estimate and booked in my Landcruiser in for 4 Radius Arm bushes, 2 Leading arm bushes along with a Wheel Alignment and 2.5 hours of labour. After paying I asked a couple of general questions in regards to the old parts/any problems and got vague answers, I started digging deeper I was sheepishly told only the 4 Radius Arm bushes needed replacing, but charged for all 6 bushes.Without further questioning I would have been ripped off $99.55 for the 2 leading arm bushes which weren’t installed. This was later refunded.I then questioned the labour costs as was charged 2.5 hours, but they wouldn’t budge on this. Strange considering I left the Pedder’s store at 8.15am, stood outside the shop on the phone for 10 minutes and my car hadn’t moved from where I left it. Received a Text at 11.02am advising my car is ready.So even if my car was moved into the workshop straight after I left (unlikely) that’s only 2 hours and 37 minutes time to work on the car which includes a wheel alignment which was a separate charge and unlikely you can do a wheel alignment in 7 minutes.2.5 hours labour for undoing 6 Radius arm bolts, pressing 4 old bushes out, pressing 4 new bushes in and putting the Radius arm back on with the 6 bolts?

My 2008 Toyota Corolla practically sings after a service from Trevor and the team. They replaced my clutch for $400 cheaper than I was quoted elseware and the staff are all friendly and informative. For an older car they just do what’s necessary and within my budget - thanks very much guys

Went in and saw Trevor today to diagnose an annoying rattle in the rear of my ss commodore - we couldn't find it on the first go however Trevor was really thorough and helpful when explaining what it may be. Spent over an hour and only charged me the $28! Trevor has booked me in again to do a tear down of the internals for further investigation at a reasonable rate.

I bolted up a lift kit to one of these new Mahindra Utes and needed a camber adjustment.Being torsion bar suspension it would of been an absolute pain to shim & correct the camber in that tight space behind the shock tower.The guys did it in a timely manner and for a fair price. Will be taking my business here from now on. Cheers!

I could not have asked for better customer service from the guys at Pedders, Enoggera. They went above and beyond to help me with my issue even though I’m sure it caused them an inconvenience (but you would never have know because they were so lovely about it). Thanks again for all your help Guys, I will be back :)

Called up last week to see if my large van would fit on their hoist. I was told they could manage it. Called up a day later to book it in and confirmed again that it would fit. Called up the day before the work to confirm that the required parts were in stock. Arrived on the day to be told the van wouldn't fit and they couldn't work around it. Complete waste of time. Management (Trevor) knew it wouldn't fit but didn't bother to call and let me know prior. Deserves 0 stars.

The guys here were so helpful and didn't shove the you have to do this" speech at me. I came away from this pedders happy and no expensive quote for stuff I didn't need. Good job

Excellent! Took my Porsche 911 in here and the guys are friendly, helpful and have great advice etc… fixed my alignment perfectly. Inflated my differing tyre pressures and pointing in the direction of a rock climbing studio for a coffee while they completed the work. If I owned this business I’d be very proud of these guys who are a credit to the business. 10/10.
