Bryant is a lovely, compassionate and gentle vet. He is patient, thorough and generous with his time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

The hospital was able to slot me in for a spontaneous appointment within 15mins of my call, Dr Lin was extremely helpful and I was very well informed of my kittens condition and what to look out for, will definitely recommend and go back for future vet needs

Since the day I got my dog, Dr Carrie has been nothing short of amazing and caring. She’s always happy to answer my questions, and is always thorough in her assessment of my dog.You can tell she truly loves animals and her job. The staff at reception is always lovely and eager to help; I have no hesitation in recommending Bankstown Veterinary to anyone.

This the worst vet I have experienced. They charged me closed to $700 but did not clean my dogs teeth. Now that I had a different vet cleaning my dogs teeth, my suspicion, 3 years later, was confirmed. First your dog will have white pearly teeth. It will be a little drowsy and will sleep all day. I even received a follow up call the following day.3 years ago I couldn't prove nothing as this was 1st for me. Now that I have something to compare to, I'm warning you this clinic is dishonest, don't take your animal there for anything major. There's 1 owner and he doesn't do any work, just spends your money on lavish trips. His workers don't give the rats, just get paid and go home. Most disgusting experience. Dogs name mishka. Rot in hell bankstown vet!!!!

I'm very happy with this Vet Hospital.It's clean,not smell at all.Doctor very helpful and friendly, approach to my dog as well.Staff are polite and respectful.

I've been taking my male Cavoodle here for 3 years. The staff are all amazing, the Vets, Vet nurses and front of house reception are all lovely to deal with.

Dr Carrie Lin is amazingly caring and thorough. Provided so much help and care to my cat for her first visit there. Highly recommend her.:)

I brought my boy for a desex surgery here. It’s actually his first time to a vet and he’s showing his utmost good behavior. He’s calm and easy, the nurse and receptionist are nice and helpful, they took care of my boy throughout the day.My boy loves it, i have no complaint, 5 stars for sure!

Exceptional service all round. Dr Carrie Linn was an amazing vet, she was warm, friendly and approachable and my dog felt comfortable with her. Her assessment and diagnosis was thorough and my dog received the medical treatment he needed promptly. Dr carrie was able to answer my questions and help me in supporting my dog at home. She was communicative and easy to talk to . Would highly recommend.Also wanted to note that I called up on the day I saw my dog was unwell and they found an appointment time for me on that day. The receptionist was warm and friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
