I have bought my last 2 bikes from Windsor cycles and never had a problem with either of them. My wife and I are expecting our 1st born this August and they guys at the Windsor cycles have already helped me pick out his/hers bike for when there a bit older - cant wait to teach them to ride with me and the missus :)

My first experience was a great one , they helped me straight away and let me bring my bike right in for a look over . they had everything I wanted for the bike I had purchased privately and safety gear for myself I will definitely be back again keep it up fellas

Windsor Cycles are awesome not only in there customer service but in there generosity. They made a donation to my family so we could take part in the city to surf. We do it each year in memory of our daughter to raise funds for HeartkidsI couldn't recommend them more

I would never shop anywhere else for a bike. Friendly staff who know their stuff and always happy to answer questions. Went over and above to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great prices and no up selling.

I had a brilliant experience with the Windsor cycle. Matt is a legend; he serviced my NCM electric bike and did not charge me a fortune! I'd recommend the Windsor cycle for their affordable rates and excellent service.

Would recommend Windsor Cycles to anyone who is wishing to buy a quality product at a reasonable price. Greg and Matt were more than happy to answer all my questions and offered sound advice when it came to purchasing suitable bikes for my children. Their ongoing service and after care is second to none. If your looking for a new bike, spare parts or product advice do your self a favour and go see Greg and Matt at Windsor Cycles. They even threw in a couple of water bottles for the kids - who doesn't love a freebie! Thanks guys ☺

Went to check if a Giant bike is available in the store. There was an old man sitting in a camp chair at the back of shop. He didn't bother to come and ask if I need anything for 5mins and there was no one else in shop. He eventually started talking to me from the back of shop after I went and asked if the bike I wanted is in stock. Very poor customer approach and not friendly.
