Picked up a few items recently via click and collect, staff forgot one item but were extremely apologetic and found it quickly to sort the issue. Upon taking the two items home when unpacking one and setting it up I found out there as a part missing, rang total tools back up and informed them.They managed to find a replacement part on the spot and solved my issue almost instantly, again extremely apologetic and even gave me some free stuff to say sorry.Staff were great here and extremely helpful would definitely recommend this branch in the future.

They say they price match. But good luck, what an ordeal. Add about an extra 20mins if you are even going to try and get them to price match.They seem to find some excuse why they can't prove match. They don't offer warranty" seems a common excuse they give."

Never had an issue with thomastown total tools, regular customer there, during covid i did multiple click and collects and all items i ordered were ready first thing following day of order , and were more than willing to rush online order if i called up asking if for it and was able to do it straight away, most of my tools ive purchased from this storewould recommend

Terrible customer service. Kept questioning my boyfriend and I and following us around as though we were doing something wrong. We wanted to spend a lot of money but decided to take out business elsewhere. The old man followed us into every isle we went in.

I have to say that this is my favorite tool shop. This store is relatively new and some of the items are not fully stocked yet but product is of great quality and the service is absolutely excellent. You can find some of the leading brands such as Milwaukee/Fluke for power tools or Bahco/Knipex for hand tools, of which more general hardware stores like Bunnings do not stock.The staff here is very helpful and patient to all of my inquiries and they are not rushed to close a deal. It took me a few times revisiting the store to buy a Bahco socket set and I am so impressed with the quality of the product/service that I came back again the next few days to upgrade most, if not all, of my hand tools. Here a proof for putting my money where my mouth is.Tool lust satisfied, I must say!!!

Very terrible service there. Not friendly at all. I just looked around in the store. One man and a woman came to me directly. Looks like I wanna steal something. But actually I came here to pick up some stuff. Even in the checkout counter, the woman still wanna checked my id and bank card. AVOID this store.

Store is the closest Total tools to me so have been going for the convenience but Ive had enough.Store is never stocked properly, half the price cards are missing. The staff lurk around behind you as if you are there for the sole purpose of robbing the place blind!All in all one of the worst total tools outlets in the country.Don't waste your time or money would be my advice.

I have been a Total Tools customer for the last 4 years. My go to store has always been Epping. This time round Epping refered me to Thomaston as there was a sale on this particular day on a product I was after. Some feedback on the Thomastown store. I have to point out that all their staff were friendly, accomodating with knowledge and always willing to assist. I made some purchases and delt with Zade, (sorry if I got the name wrong). They assisted me over the phone & in store. Great customer service.. Well done team. You have such a great team enviornment.

Huge store with an even Huge-er-a (is that a word?) Range of stock! Unlike other stores they have excellent service staff! The only negative was that not all items had price labels but even then staff were super quick to scan it and get you a price! This place is my new tool shop!

Their website showed stock of an item I wanted.I drove a long way to get there to find out the website was wrong and they were, in fact, out of stock.However, I was offered a similar product heavily discounted.So overall quite happy.
