Isaac Motel Moranbah

Pleasant staff but hotel walls were so thin it sounded like the gentleman in the next room was sneezing in my room. The footy show was played on his TV until late, again sounding like it was my TV rather than the room next to me. Room was clean but the noise was just unbearable.

Very large motel, rooms spacious, reception staff pleasant and easy going.. enjoyed a beautiful meal here, Chinese style.. a great place to stay, comfy bed! Lots parking

It took 3 days before I could get sheets and a pillow case on my bed. Worst service ever. If I could rate it less than 1 I would

Hands down the worst motel ive ever stayed at. Paid $190 for the night. The room we stayed in smelt, curtains were broken, the rooms arent equipped at all (no milk, spare pillows/Blankets) tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper sachets all in a bowl on the bench. The light from the motel sign blasted through the window all night long. Only benefit about this motel is its back away from the road so not much traffic noise.

If I could give below 1 star I would as even 1 star is to kind. Omg there is no way I will stay here again, rooms are dirty and the room I stayed in looked like a crime scene on the carpet, mould growing on the shower curtain, spiders on the wall meeting the single bed, mould and dust in the air conditioner, dust on the lights that bad I was to scared to use the light in case it caught fire, no cups, plates or cutlery, no kettle or toaster, no milk, tea or coffee and no wifi in the rooms on the side I stayed but yet it is advertised as having wifi in every room. No wheelchair access and all the rooms are upstairs except for 5 single rooms which are used for the miners so they are all booked always, we had to have multiple family rooms in which made it hard for those that have disabilities. All I can say is YUCK, YUCK, YUCK

Comfortable bed, rooms cleaned daily, free laundry, great meals!

Old needs revamping... under the bed hasn't been cleaned for months. Cleaners walk in when there's a do not disturb sign on the outside.

Terrible experience booked a family room with a double and 2 single beds only the double bed had bed sheets! Gave us only 1 towel andThe power was out for the whole night and still charged us full price! When i asked for the manager to discuss the pricing of the room they kept beating around the Bush and saying they will ring me when the manager comes in. I rang up several times asking for the manager because i got sick of waiting(days) and kept getting the same response I will never be staying here again.

Clean comfortable rooms, lovely meals, always seem to be able to facilitate late check ins. Friendly reception.
