Fantastic personal service and excellent quality products. I have been privileged to have worked with Aram at Style Finish for more than 11 years specifying hardware for my architectural projects. Aram is extreemly knowledgeable and attentive to detail and I would highly recommend his expert advice. All the products are a high quality and the range is extensive. I have never been disappointed.

The products they sell are beautiful and first contact with staff was a great experience. The problems came when the items started to arrive, they were either the wrong ones, the products were defective or they never came which was a massive issue through the building process. Still waiting for my last piece of hardware which was ordered almost 6 months ago. My biggest disappointment was the lack of responsibility management took for all their errors and would not offer any compensation for their mistakes, so their pockets are full, mine are empty and still have not been able to complete the build because of door hardware.Overall the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life, going to Bunnings would have been a much better choice.Beware of the smiling sales staff, its not what it looks like.

Not what it used to be - poor service, can't get into the detail to supply the right lock or handle (or other hardware), and as soon as a problem comes up they are unwilling to be helpful to address it. Pretty disappointing for an architectural hardware shop. There are plenty of others - look elsewhere. My wife and I, and our architect, dealt with Alex.
