I had Susan do the keratin treatment on my hair back in April this year & am only now thinking of getting it done again for the summer. Went to Bali in May & having that treatment was the best thing ever!!! No need to blow dry or straighten my hair & no frizzies in the humidity!! Could go for a swim & let my hair dry naturally- wow!! haven't been able to do that in a long time. Would highly recommend the Keratin treatment & looking forward to getting it done again. Has lasted me a good 6 months, money well spent! Thanks Susan.

My friend had her hair done this week. Her hair ended up nothing like what she asked for. Her phone calls were ignored. No refund or fix offered.Very unprofessional. Very poor customer service. Very poor hairdressing.

I chose Hairganics after reading reviews and seeing before and after photos on the FB page. I was not disappointed! In fact, it is the best colour (full head of foils + toner) and cut (invisible layers) I have ever had! I would highly recommend Susan at Hairganics and I will be back!

Great chats with Susan, however I didn't appreciate being laughed at when I showed her a picture of blonde hair I was hoping to achieve. I said I was aware I may not get what I want, and it's only a guideline, not sure what was funny about it.

I have been going to Susan for over 2 years, she is a fabulous hairdresser. She always is very friendly and great in finding out what I want. I love coming to her salon.

Love my new colour and style! Can't recommend Karina highly enough to my friends and family! My hair feels so good - the organic products she uses are amazing! Can't wait for my next visit!

Susan has been doing my hair for a year now. I have really tried to make it work as I was new to Sunny Coast and the salon is very close to home and Im generally happy with the job itself which is mainly roots and cut but I have got to a point where I will never go back.There is no salon experience" here. She is always talking down about other clients in a negative way and is very hard on Maddy who is hired to clean. She is always running her down but the last visit was truly terrible and as a mother cant bare that bullying behavior. It is impossible to relax and be happy in an inviroment like that. I have even wittnessed her bad mouthing one customer to another who ended up being a family member to the lady she was talking about. Last visit she was even running the lady from the store next door down which I find so unprofessional.The prices are not consistent. She pushes her products very hard and is offended if you dont buy. She charged me $175 for shampoo and conditioner she insisted I needed after having keratin straightening which I later realised I could buy for $50 online. For wholesale it was even cheaper and find that mark up terrible! I tried to speak to her about it but it didnt go well.Overall I find Susan very disrespectful and unpleasant and have decided to have my hair done elsewhere."

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdressers! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to risk letting this woman ruin your hair. The new owner doesn't have a clue - she didn't listen to me, ignored my requests and just did exactly what she wanted - and what a disaster it was. A complete botch job. She couldn't care less. Please don't make the mistake I did. Hopefully I can save at least one person's dignity.
