A bit of dishonest. Called before driving there, they said they have the tire on the phone, and after I went there they said: they have lots of tires in the store, just the one suits my car is not available and they cannot get estimates time for the arrival from Michelin if they order it. Just so weird and not very professional.Oh and they can order tires from Perth store but I have to pay for $150 shipping or they can switch side of the tires from left to right and that is $140, not see the point of doing that, and I went to another tire store and this has been solved which is definitely not switching sides of the tire or pay extra shipping.I have 4 cars, never see anything like this, might need some second opinions before you go there I reckon. Or just take your business elsewhere.

Was a pleasure doing business with these guys, was assisted by a gentleman named Jon, who was prompt and able to help with the whole process from start to finish. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy workshop, and the best price I could get, would use again. 10/10 awesome work.

Generally its hard to find good trustworthy people to work on my car and who know what they doing, while providing great value for money. These guys I recommend and rate.

My partners front tyres completely split last night and she couldn't drive the car home. We came rang the store as soon as they opened and Jon said we could come in and get it fixed even though they were extremely busy. We couldn't afford the tyres they had in stock and we began to panic. Jon the absolute legend said he could get some new tyres in same day delivery saving us the struggle of trying to get home an hour away. So grateful the whole team and especially Jon. Thank you so much guys. You saved our lives. We love you Jon.

I came to fix one puncher but ended replacing all 4 tires.All good until I received a receipt that show a repairer charged extra 60 dollars for pumping the nitrogen into all tires. I never requested it, so I called a branch customer service a the person on a phone agreed to return the money for the nitrogen, which I never requested. On Suturday I came to the Moorabbin branch to get my refund, but they refused to do it. I was a Bob Jane customer for more than 30 years and never had problems, but now I’m hesitant to do any business with them. Businesses who cheat their customers do not last long time.

Jon got back to our enquiries immediately and offerd professional and accurate advice. We booked in for them to supply and fit tyres to our new wheels, as well as fitting the wheels and an alignment. Quaility of service was immaculate from the whole team, everyone was friendly and very welcoming.A great store that offers a high quality service that you can trust.

Most amazing team and service! My wife had just given birth and I got a puncture driving home. Called Bob Jane Moorabbin and they booked me in last minute and kept the store open after hours on a Saturday evening to finish the job! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

I work up the road from here and while I was working had two tires split late on a Sunday night.The next morning I walked my sad self down to Bob Jane an hour before my shift started and John helped me out tremendously.After hearing my tires where hard to come by at the moment... I, like most broke people in this day and age, burst into tears hearing how much money it would cost.Superman John burst into action and helped find me a tire more in my budget that would arrive before my shift ends later today.John was so lovely and kind the whole time. Props and love to him and the team. You saved my day and I've learnt a valuable lesson on tire pressure.
