I had a great experience working with Ministry of Design!

Avoid for web development work.We engaged the services of MoD for two web redesigns, corporate branding and guidelines handbook, SEO management and web management services (Dec 2022). The promised timeline was 6 - 8 weeks for the websites and before our hard deadline for the branding guide. It has now been 16 weeks and they have missed their third deadline for web release. Our feedback on the initial web layout was ignored, and when we start pressing too hard for information, they ignore messages. When approaching a deadline, they also ghost us when they fail to meet the time (for example, today). They also haven't produced the style guide (that is now at 15 weeks) and were very very slow to provide updates to SEO management (despite happily taking a monthly fee).If you're a small or medium business, avoid MoD at all costs.UPDATE (Jun 2023): I have had to leverage Consumer Affairs to try and get action out of Ministry of Design even after offering a fair refund for work still not completed. MoD have also elected to ignore consumer affairs and, through inaction, seek to escalate.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience dealing with Ministry and Design for my website. They where great at chatting to you about starting your website and taking a monthly direct debit payment, but unfortunately it ends there. It’s been over a year since I started the website journey and after being told I’d receive my website in 3 months, it’s now turned into a year of me following them up and receiving either NO REPLY or ‘We will get your website to you Friday’ or ‘All our staff are sick’. I waited patiently for a year now and still haven’t received anything. Very unprofessional, and disappointing.

I wish there is a chance of giving you less than one star, These guys are nothing but master of rip offs. Collected over $6000 for a website which we could not even use. I will greatly advice to avoid them like a plague
