Staff were rude and sarcastic towards myself and my mother, and once to my mother about myself, i would not recommend going through them for your scrap metal disposal if you value good customer service.Just because it's near the end of the working day it does not excuse the poor attitude towards customers.

Sue who works at the main desk is always rude and unhelpful if their prices were not the best in Geelong you would go elsewhere

Traded 22 car batteries. They were all under 4 years old from a local automotive business. Im dismantling a local chicken farm that the business was operating from. Online sims price says 35 to 45 cents per/kgThey gave me 23 cents per/kg needless to say I won't be using them for the sheds and shed trusses.

I took in a trailer of scrap metal. It included steel frames for sheds, OLD gates, sheet metal, and car rims. The total weight was 400kgThe price for scrap steel and cast iron was 10c per kilo as per current prices per day.I got $17 minus 7 dollars for waste proceeding so $10 totalNot only is that just under half of the value price but getting slugged waste penalty when there was ZERO WASTE PLASTIC TIMBER EXT is a jokeTheir customer service is terrible treating the public common rabbleI DO NOT recommend this place. A business of disrespectful crooks.

I've tried transformer metals and Batty's but these guys are about the best prices I have found in the Geelong region. Once I had been there a few times the process was seamless, money always in the bank a few days later.
