Break-Thru Active Cardiff

I started with Break-Thru Active at the very end of December 2022 and have noticed continued improvement in my own fitness and strength since then. Each day there are new workouts so it doesn’t get repetitive and all the trainers are encouraging and offer advice on proper form/technique when needed to ensure you get the best out of the workouts and don’t hurt yourself. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a welcoming gym.

My experience at Break-Thru Active Cardiff has been nothing but positive.The trainers are encouraging and approachable.They have created a non-judgemental and friendly environment which is highly evident by the number of members that turn up every day to train.I highly recommend this gym.

I started attending Break-Thru Active Cardiff in January. I made a decision to improve my fitness after years of not doing anything much. I have never been much of a gym person but I find that the sessions are not too short and not too long, perfect for me. Their is a lot of variety in the workouts too which is great.The trainers are very helpful and fun. They help me with my technique and motivation when I'm struggling. The other attendees are friendly. Most are around my age which which makes me feel comfortable working out with them. I have met some lovely people and look forward to seeing them all every session.

Upon joining 6 months ago, my enthusiasm has not faded. The trainers are fantastic. The 45 minutes of active training goes quickly and your left with a great endorphin rush!! Great family atmosphere.

As a newbie to the gym I’ve certainly picked the right one! I have felt welcomed, supported and cared for since day one with the very supportive and knowledgeable trainers and friendly and helpful members in this very comfortable environment.

I started taking sessions at Break Thru Active from a couple of weeks and i am loving the energy within me. Taking an initiate was hard for me due to a lazy and bad lifestyle i have had but i had the intention for a healthy life. The first day when i completed my session, i knew this was exactly what i wanted. The sessions are excellent and there is no competition among each other, everyone is going through their journeys positively. The trainers are very supportive especially Brodie. Working out at Break Thru Active is a fun way to become stronger.

A really supportive and welcoming team at Break-Thru Active Adamstown. Always checking in and offering necessary assistance during the hard (but rewarding) gym sessions. Highly recommend!
