Buying your first home can be quite a daunting task, so having a good Building & Pest Inspector really helps give you peace of mind.Adrian came highly recommended to us, and from our experience we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him on as well as he is definitely one of the best in Brisbane. He was incredibly thorough inspecting our potential first home, really pleasant to work with and also took the time with us to explain anything we didn't quite get.His service was really straightforward and very reasonably priced given his years of experience, which is certainly evident in both his knowledge and professionalism. Next time I buy a house, my only hope is that Adrian is still in Brisbane and available for another inspection!
