Just incredible customer service. I haven’t visited the store but the online experience was amazing. I bought a sample pack and used my discount code to purchase a full size fragrance, with plenty of help along the way from various members of staff. Couldn’t believe the wonderful freebies I got with my purchase! Customer for life :)

Went in for my Birthday and was helped by Clea, she was lovely and so knowledgeable. I picked out two perfumes, one was not in stock so they ordered it in for me, there were some delays from the supplier, I was happy to wait for it but in the mean time they were so kind and sent me extra goodies with some samples of my chosen fragrance to hold me over. When it did finally arrive (earlier than expected) they let me know via email that they upgraded me free of charge to the 100ml and upon opening my delivery today even more extras! Excellent customer service, I will be purchasing from Lore again in the future!

Love Lore! A treasure trove of curated perfumes, skin care, candles, oils and whimsical gifts. I love the perfume selection the most - and the knowledge of the owners and staff is exceptional.Gifts are wrapped beautifully and even ordering sale items recently for myself online (gorgeous glasshouse candles), they were wrapped and 2 beautiful perfume samples were included. And delivery was quick.There’s no pressure to buy…browsing is welcomed.One of my favourite stores in Melbourne. Special thanks to co owner Jess for years of shopping joy.

The girls at Lore are incredible. They really know their stuff and are experts when it comes to perfumery and customer service! We visited last Sunday and were warmly greeted by friendly, “not pushy” or overbearing sales assistants. They really go out of their way to make sure you’re completely satisfied!

As a WA girl, Lore has been on the top of my list of places to visit in Melbourne. A quick weekend away to see some shows gave me the perfect opportunity to pop in. I wasn't disappointed! The Lore staff were every bit as lovely in person as they are on the socials and the store is a treasure trove! I tried perfumes I've had my eye on (cherry punk and scandalwood) and tried some beautiful smoky scents. Lore is a must visit if you're in Fitzroy.

Went with my girlfriend to explore the world of boutique scents for the first time last week. It was an absolutely delightful experience that I can't recommend enough.The attendant behind the counter that day, Brandon, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, informative, and most of all patient. Had the most amazing experience here! I was served by Courtney and she was super helpful and patient and just so fun to chat to. Her passion for fragrance just oozes and I really enjoyed her recommendations.I love that you can have a profile and add notes of what you liked so you know when you go back in future or if someone wants to buy you a gift.The store is super cute and the range of niche perfumes they stock is amazing quality.Will be back and will happily give them all my money!
