If i could rate this 0 stars, i would. Disgraceful customer service. Me and my wife were just browsing the store and were told to leave for not buying anything. A worker was eyeing us down like a stalker… felt unsafe.

Yesterday my sister was in your store. When paying for items a document was brought out which had our Mum’s name on it. The name had been crossed out. The person behind the counter wrote my sisters name next to our Mum’s. Makes sense except our beautiful Mum died in January. Have some respect please Priceline. Grieving is tough & small things like that tend to set off people who are having a tough time !

On 12.11.2022 around 4pm, I was told by the on duty male pharmacist to go somewhere else for my prescribed medication and OTC mediations too, because he did not have an idea how S100 worked.I went there about 1 month ago, was served by a female pharmacist for the same medication with the S100 form, I did not need to pay anything myself.Today, I went there again, was shocked that I needed to pay for it over $40 by myself, so the cashier took the medication back to the male pharmacist to redo it. He told me that he checked the computer, last time the female pharmacist entered over $40. I only said that I did not have to pay myself at all last time. Then he said, 'Don't talk to me like that', for no reason, very rude, arrogant, not familiar with his job, yet was very nice to the previous customer who was a Caucasian.I remembered the first time I made a phone call, he was the one answered my phone, once he heard my accent, he said, 'I can't understand you at all', simply passed the phone to the female pharmacist. He was an absolute racist. Treating me unfairly, told me not to go back to the pharmacy anymore, told me to go somewhere else, purely because I was an Asian. The other two staff apologized to me for what happened today. Should I still go there to support their business? No way.

I wish I could give them more stars!! Great prices, and excellent quality and variety. But the big plus is the amazing staff. Always friendly, and funny. They are kind and very caring. They always look out for me, and their other customers. They always help me pick out the best beauty products and they really know their stuff and put a lot of passion into their work; they are still super helpful and friendly! And the ladies at the pharmacy side are sensational! very helpful and caring. The whole place makes you feel like you are part of a sisterhood. Wonderful place. I would also really recommend getting the Priceline sisterhood club card. Great experience every time! :)

Today I was in Priceline in Mosman just go around look what they have what's I need etc, I've been asked if I needed help I said no thank you I'm fine, as it was my day off so just wanted to have a relaxing day no rush! I've choose some products for me and went to different alley, then again the same male manager comes to me asking if I need help I said no thank you, then I was trying to choose some painkillers for my partner and I took pictures to send him and asked which of those he is usually using, then the same male manager start to question me why I talking pictures and I have to explained to him because he didn't let it go when I've asked if this is illegal! I feel very uncomfortable on top of that once I've changed alley to looking for more stuff for me another female manager came and she was watching me like I wanted to steal something. I've had enough so I went to pay for my stuff and left. I'll never come back there, so unprofessional stuff.

I worked for them for 5 months long time ago. They are not professional at all. When I quit, the owner didn’t believe that I was just giving 2 shirts back to them (which it was 2 only) and my badge. She was still insisting that I had more uniforms in my possession, but I didn’t. Not satisfied, she even open my jaquet without my authorisation just to check if I was wearing their uniform (?!?!) After she saw that it was just a black shirt under, she didn’t even say sorry, she just gave her back to me and walked away. This was harassment!! I have never been that offended in my whole life. Why would I keep priceline uniform?! Will I go in a club with it?? Please, common sense! Also, if I was getting a job in another priceline, which I did, they would have given me new uniforms and I wouldn’t need to be wearing those old shirts. Also, you can’t ever take a break or get sick, because they used to cut the hours. That is right! They didn’t believe that you are sick, so they would not give normal shifts for around 3 weeks as a punishment. Sometimes I was going to work there dying of sick, but I knew that they would cut my hours. When I had something in my school and I couldn’t attend work for a week, the owner old man was calling me a liar. I was like: “what is wrong with them?!”The guy never say hi to his employees. The owner was throwing away some products (hair brushes, make ups, candles) that they didn’t want to sell anymore, and some workers even got those products that they were throwing away because some of them we didn’t see anything wrong or it would be useful to us but after the old man saw it, he was making sure he was breaking every single thing before putting in the trash so no staff would be getting it and we would be spending money in their store. He even offered me: “do you want to buy this for X amount?” I said “no”. Right after he just throw it on the floor and put in the trash. So, they are just mean.About the store: they do have a great range but very dark and dirty store. It is very dark because they don’t even buy new light bulbs for their store when they gone.

Wow what a bad experience! The malePharmacist who spoke to me very moody and unhelpful. He toldme to come back later because he had a script to fill ! Time to retire mate . I felt so uncomfortable to approach his counter again so I left and spent my money at the pharmacy at the top of the escalator at Bridgepoint . Seriously don’t do there.

It’s a shame when one bad retail assistant can loose your store a once valued customer. “Which part of my customer service is a bit off today?”.. hmm the lack of it! No help was given, just insinuation of irresponsibility!Lucky the devine staff just around the corner at the Terry White pharmacy where helpful and polite.

I felt judged and had the worse customer service in my whole life 2 weeks ago.I went there as usual, as the staff is very nice and I like their display, and I was waiting for my medicine when I noticed they had something with Covid writen on it on display. I asked the pharmacist what it was, and she told me it was a covid test, and I asked her what would she recommand to take if the test was positive. She didn't know, but was polite. Then the older man with grey hair came to give me my medicine and asked if I had any question. So I explained to him that because of family antecedants I wasn't covid vaccinated, and asked him if l one day the test was positive what would they give to me as medicine. I could see that my choice was upsetting him and he said he didn't know and recommended me to get vaccinated, which is a normal recommandation for a pharmacist, but I explained to him that my choice was made and that my question was more what would they give as a cure. He was getting a bit more upset and told me that he didn't know, and that the vaccine was the cure. No, by definition a vaccine is not a cure. And even with the vaccine we can have covid anyway, so my question could have been the same if I was vaccinated. I know that there is no cure, but I was expecting something like a lot of vitamin C to boost defences or at least a recommandation on where to go, doctor or hospital. I asked him if in Australia they had Ivermectine, explaining to him that that's what my mum took when she had covid (with vitamin C in intravenous as well) and she healed without going to hospital. Ohlala what did I do... This upset him even more and he started looking at the door. He asked me if I wanted the test or no, which I hesitated, mostly because his judgmental behaviour and closed mindset stressed me, and I told him that what would be the point if they don't know what to do if it's positive. I left and he rised is eyes up and as I was walking away he said Jeeeez...." with exasperated tone. I then screamed that I was sorry to not been vaccinated but that it was my choice. So:- Yes I am surprised that as a pharmacy and after 2 years of mondial pandemy they don't know what to do if the covid test they display to sell was positive.- The man was very judgemental and made me feel treated bad about my choice. This choice is legal

Avoid! The male pharmacist is just so cantankerous. He is the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a customer service relationship. I feel sorry for the staff as they try their best to be professional, but you can see that they are so stressed under his leadership (for want of a better word). There are plenty of other great options for pharmaceutical needs around the area, so there’s no need to spend money here.
