this review is for Made to measure service:I would give negative star if I can, absolutely terrible made to measure service.they are very nice when you are doing measure and quote, as soon as you say for it you are now treated worst then ever, no respect for your time. they will give you an appointment and cancel it on the day the give you another appointment and there will be no show. you will be keep chasing them to come and install your Curtin/blind.the installer will blame the head office the head office will blame the installer.after many miss, they gave me a final appointment on 23oct for 14th Nov. I sent the timing to installer on 23rd so he know when is my appointment. my appointment is for pm so I clear my schedule for that and guess what?? I receive a msg in the morning that hw will come am instead and his attitude is, take it or leave it.no one picks up phone in head office stayed on hold for an hour, no one picks up phone at the branch.

Ok store.. ok staff.. Shane at the checkout is always lovely and welcoming - He needs a pay rise! However 9 times out of 10 the checkout line is at least a 10 minute wait. I really don’t understand why this happens almost every time.

Variety, cluttered, inspiring--A warehouse of sorts filled to the brim with a mix of decent craft supplies/fabrics and household stuff such as curtains, as well as cheap basics you could entertain children with such as paint and costumes.There is a lot of different products so take your time as you go around the rectangular layout, especially as it is easy to miss an item due to the amount of stock.

Great bargains and very helpful staff. A bit too much stock for my comfort. I felt a little hemmed in. But I will be going back soon.

I recently purchased fabric from Spotlight Cairns. I was given a hand by Kaitlyn, who was not only extremely helpful and professional but friendly. She went above and beyond in her service I will definitely be returning to this store.

Surprises me with what they stock every time I visit. The staff are lovely but the store is chockablock with nearly everything & anything you need.

I have just spent over half an hour searching through the Suiting fabric aisle and the Linen fabric aisle looking at each label at the end of each fabric bolt, and a further half an hour or so waiting in line to ask a simple question: Can you please direct me to Premium Linen Suiting fabric?"Their answer was: "Oh! It's in there somewhere - you just have to search again". I then went to the Cashier and asked them. Yes

Came in for a quick lunch time visit for information on curtains and fittings. Couldn't seem to find anyone to help and then had to go. Lady at front counter directed me to a counter in certain area, went back, no-one there. I started to leave, when the same lady offered me her card to call her, thank you so much for checking on me and seeing if I found someone to help

Hi, I would like to praise one of your staff today that gave us the best service I have received in a very long time. I have been a local for a long time and come in regularly but this man was so wonderful to us. I have young children 10 and 8 and they now want to purchase on their own.I was busy trying to buy my goods and he was looking after my children at the other counter, I was worried about them taking up his time putting through the purchase but he was so wonderful to them. He is mature age. I was so thankful to him that day and I’ll never forget his beautiful words he said that day. (There is no time lost when learning) Thank you whoever you are.
