I have had 2 x sewing lessons with Wendy and I have learnt so much! Wendy is very knowledgeable, patient and very very easy to understand. Having a one on one lesson means we can work as fast or as slow as required and the lessons are tailored for what I need to know. She is generous with her knowledge and the tips and tricks needed. I have not sewn in over 30 years and was very nervous starting up again, but Wendy has shown me how useful this craft can be and i am excited about learning more. Her studio is comfortable, easy parking and close to Indooroopilly shopping town. Highly recommemd!

Wendy has done repairs and alterations on a number of clothing items for me, including taking in pants, hemming pants, patch repairs, and altering a couple of dresses that weren't quite sitting right. Her repairs are perfect, you wouldn't even know that the dresses had been altered! I'll be taking all my repairs and alterations to Wendy now, and have been recommending her services to family and friends as well.

Wendy is just so clever.I came to her with a request to alter my wedding dress and create some arm sleeves.Other tailors had told me it was not possible.Wendy was so excited to make it happen and the end result is magnificent, and more than I could ever have imagined. I went to Wendy to make up some cushion covers for a Mid-Century Modern arm chair I had restored. I couldn't be more happier with the covers. She did an excellent job and managed to do this with a quick turnaround. I will definitely be going back to Wendy for my next projects!
