Melissa from Flight Centre at Carlingford Court provided A1, 5 Star, 11/10 customer service when my partner needed to fly home to Colombia ASAP for family. Melissa was empathetic, pragmatic and resourceful organising a flight for her. We will be back!

I had bought air tickets $2100 each from them 2 weeks ago. Then I found other options much cheaper about $500 a ticket in one website. I asked them if they can change to the cheaper ones I found. It's within 24hours when I requested this. They said the total cancellation fees would be around $400 a ticket. I understand the fees might be from the airlines. Turn out I didn't bother to change it with minimal savings after the penalty fees. However, it's the agent's fault without giving me options in choosing some cheaper flights in the first place. Furthermore, the inflexibility for making changes is not impressed.

Mel from Flight Centre at Carlingford Court shopping centre is the BEST, especially when helping elderly clients. I can’t help but scream to the world how amazing she’s been. Saying she goes above and beyond for her clients puts it too lightly. She’s a magician. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I went to Flight Centre in my lunch break today to book flights.When I got there, I spoke to Ravi, whom I showed my quote from Aunt Betty" who is apparently their sister site.He then searched for the incorrect flights (I brought in a printout that showed the exact flights I was after). So far it's not a major problem

Extremely unhelpful. Refusing to honour insurance COVID conditions & refusing refund on a flight that was no longer available with a carrier who was not flying to anywhere we could go. Absolutely will not use flight centre again & have also warned all friends and colleagues against using them also. Clearly dont care about their customers & hide behind airline policy. Why use them when i could have gone direct to the airline and gotten the same negative result. If I could give negative stars I would.
