Called Victor up for a friend who was having trouble with their car. He was punctual and professional. He travelled to us and was able to explain what he was fixing and he wasn't too expensive. I would recommend Victor to anyone needing a good mechanic.

Asked to come out to see me and was late and smoking. Like others, was rude on the phone to someone. Then booked him to complete the work, and he never showed up or answered his phone to say he was cancelling. Very annoyed and would never recommend.

Poor tradesman, when asked to come back to fix a problem from his previous job, he would not answer the phone after saying he would come by a couple times.

Calls one fellow in to look at my car. Came late from time we agree and has attitude with me. Working on my car and swearing on phone to someone very loudly with my kids playing in front yard, and taking very long smoke breaks. Would not recommend

Time management is not Vick’s friend waited nearly 2 hours on day… couldn’t wait any longer then I rang to book in in morning and turned up an hour later found out what was the problem and was going to charge $80 instead of quoted $70 when I rang to ask what was wrong with the car and why was he going to charge my daughter $80 he said he had a mind Blanc put me on hold then hung up… I was the one waiting for 3 hours you owe me $75… maybe buy a watch n a diary so you are on time for things…

I found Victor and Jordon to be very honest, friendly, professional, on time and a good price. They took out my daughter's starter motor and got an exchange one put in with 12 mths warranty. Having them come to my house was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend them again and I'm booking my car in for a service next. I hope I got Jordon's name right. My hearings not always the best. Thanks guys. See you soon for my service. You won't be disappointed if you use them. No Rip offs just because I'm a female.

I have used Ellenbrook Auto Service many times for my and my family's car servicing and repairs. I have found Vic to be very personable and has always done a fantastic job at a great price. He has never tried to upsell what needs to be fixed but explains what's wrong and what my options are. Highly recommend.
