Would never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. They were frustrating to deal with and have not fixed ongoing issues in a timely manner.

Poor communication throughout the entire build and warranty process. Ignored our issues for months then left it up to us to call the trades associated to have it corrected. Put the wrong colour tiles on the walls of our bathroom and refused to rectify.Edit, We inspected the house at 5.30 in the evening with no power for lighting and it's more than a slight colour difference. At handover you said we had 3 months to add any defects or things that were wrong, even then after our listing things it took you months to respond.You did not offer a complete retile at any stage until well after we had moved in. When we moved in we were two days from being homeless because your move in date was a continual cycle of changed dates. You first offered us a skylight as an option, we turned that down because we have a roof full of solar panels and there is no room for a skylight. Your second was offer was a payment of $1500, would you take that for something incorrectly done that you have to look at every day? We countered with $5000 or a rectification. Which you said would happen in January of 2023. January of 2023 came, no contact from you about anything, so I message you in February and you tell me you now won't do anything about it.If you are going to counter this review at least be factual.. But then again, your communication and professionalism is disgusting...

Built our house from our own design, good communication though out the process

The were very inflexible on pre build, after a year of moving in the they never returned to finish those little bits to do, and the paint did not match the their work. I would be more then happy to show people their poor work and would never recommend them to any one
