Ordered a product on pre-order which had an ETA of 17/08/2020. They did not once communicate to me there was a delay in receiving these products.. I called and they told me once they received their shipment, they had to ship it from Melbourne to their store in NSW to then ship it to me in Perth. 1 month later and I still have not received my goods. I have attempted contact a few times with no success. They are not able to use the excuse of shipping delays in COVID as I have made several purchases from VIC stores and NSW stores and they have ALL been received within 5-10 business days. Very unhappy. Save your money and time and purchase elsewhere.

I ordered a sheridan KS coverlet and got a sheridan KS quilt cover. This quilt cover was not in the picture,. False advertising. Paid nearly $350 for a product that isn't what I ordered. I am very unhappy and disappointed. Waited weeks for this. I returned and paid $15 in postage. They refunded me no problems for the original purchase minus $10 for what I don't know.I had to cover the postage. So annoyed!!!

Paid for express post on a Friday, took days to post item (Australia Post received information to collect parcel from seller on Tuesday evening)and then told me I didn’t understand the shipping policy. Item was allegedly in stock, so not sure what the hold up was. Won’t be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased something on this shop's EBay store. It turned out to be out of stock. They contacted me immediately to advise and offered a refund or an alternate. Although we only communicated via email, Kurt was lovely to deal with. I received my alternate offered product within days. AND this bricks and mortar store offered the original item at less cost (not on sale) than online only Ebay stores (some who were offering it on sale)! Thank you Kurt.

I ordered two items online from The Bedroom Mattress & Bedding Co on Sunday July 24 and received the usual confirmation email. But 11 days later I had not heard anything from the company in regards to the order, which seemed surprising as the items I'd ordered were listed as 'in stock' on their website. After emailing the company I received a prompt yet brief reply detailing their Ts and Cs:Where possible your order will be shipped from our store in Sans Souci

The product I ordered Online was made to order and I was a bit anxious on paying up front for the product that I was not going to receive for 6 weeks. (Covid delays Etc) However, the company confirmed on a number of occasions that the product was being built in Melbourne from Australian Materials and provided an estimated delivery Date. When the product arrived at their shop I received a phone call asking me when I would like it delivered. They personally delivery the product. The customer service is excellent, The product is AUSTRALIAN Made with quality materials. From my experience, I highly recommend this company for any one looking to purchase quality Bedroom products via a physical shop or Online.

This company is wonderful. Their prices are the best around, and my order was processed very quickly and arrived at the speed of light. Imagine my dismay (and embarrassment) when I discovered that I had stupidly ordered the wrong product. Kurt was extremely helpful about replacing my order, even though the mistake was entirely my fault. He went above and beyond, in my humble opinion, and I couldn't be more grateful.
