When you try and sell item they want it cheaper and customer service isn’t great either

We had some items we haven't used for a while and decided to sell. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cash paid is fair for good used re-saleable items.

Always hold their game discs up to the light to check for scratches on the back of the disc. After wondering why the discs of RDR2 were so filthy (which the staff member showed me and said they're just a bit dirty and looked like they were cleaned with a really dirty cloth) I managed to install and even play the game once. I tried again a couple weeks after I bought it and it's unplayable. Discovered there's scratches through the back which means the game disc is ruined. Only 7 day warranty so now I'm stuck with it. Byer beware!!

If your intending to sell games to cash converters DO NOT SELL THEM HERE they will rip you off I went In today to sell a bunch of game I no longer play such as COD bo3, MW2, bo1, ghosts, Wolfenstein one two and three as well as banjo and Kazooie. They offered me 15c for every game besides banjo and Kazooie which I would of been given five dollars for if they decided to not cancel my contract because I became annoyed and agitated at the fact I spent alot on those games to receive not even ten dollars for the lot, so they told me not to come back because of my attitude and tone which wasn't really there and if it was it was to myself if you get Olivia she can be rather snobby and stuck up and if she thinks you have a tone or attitude towards you she will get her manager who's just as bad I recommend selling your PS4, ps5 and Xbox one and up games to EB Games and your PC games on market place these are my words of advice

My partner and I went into cash convertors in Elizabeth today to loan on some speakers. Have always had a great rapport with the staff in the elizabeth sire, but today we were served by a women called Liarna, she was unable to help us, which wasn't the issue, the issue was, that her attitude and arrogance towards us both, made an embarrassing situation into a completely humiliating one.I have never been treated with such disrespect by any member of the cash convertors team, as I was by her today.

Awesome Customer service in the 'Buy and Loans', from Matt, Olivia and Jess.I wanted to sell Motorbike gear but didn't want strangers coming to my home to try on.Yes you will get less money than Gumtree or other avenues, but I was glad for the privacy.They need to make money from your goods so you have to be realistic in the price you want. It will also help the price, if your items are in good to great condition, clean and well presented.Might go through the shed now and 'let go' of gear I don't use anymore!The 'Buy and Loans' entrance is located on the southern wall, close to the Elizabeth railway station, with parking at the rear of the Store.Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.2nd visit : I was so impressed by the Customer service I went back! Mitch was confident and charismatic, offering great conversation.I sold a variety of musical equipment and received a fair price.If you're looking to purchase jewellery, go into the Store and see Debbie. A friendly lady with a great smile, who is very helpful.Ps - Don't park out the front of the 'Buy and Loans' entrance, you'll be blocking the footpath. Parking is at the rear of the Store.Thursdays are a good day to go, if you want to 'beat the queue'.

Purchased a Ryobi drill last week, best buy ever! It's as new, and included battery. Staff assistance was amazing.
