Have had the two Cloud 9 hammock chairs for a week. They look amazing and are very comfortable. From ordering the chairs to receiving them was quite quick. Easy to set up. I have suspended from an angle iron which allowed for more precise placement on the deck. Very happy with the chairs. Thanks

I purchased a cloud 9 chair a few years ago hanging it from patio. Recently I purchased a frame so I could move the chair. Having some difficulties with setting it up staff and manager of Newstyle Direct went over and above my expectation of support. They assisted in re-setting chair lengths. A big thanks to amazing company. Their passion and support for their products is fantastic. I continue to enjoy the cloud 9 chair and recommend purchasing a cover (which is easy to get on and off). My PIC Gold induction cooktop was repaired under warranty. However, the company would not cover my postage costs. When they emailed asking me to return the cooktop they failed to send me a Repair Number. Apparently not issuing a repair number was my fault and without the RN postage can not be reimbursed. Go figure... Watch out for this trap.

As they were out of stock for the colour I wanted, they contacted me and kept me up to date at all stages of the reordering, even to advise me that it was on the way and I should expect it soon. I have had the chair for about 2 years, suspended from a beam. It is my go-to-place with a glass of wine or a book to read. And I can't help myself even when passing by, I take a moment to relax in it. Now I've bought the stand because I want to be able to change the location where I can chill out. And I congratulate New Style Direct for their excellent service, they did what they said they would and it arrived at my door when I was told it would. Now I can use it looking down the valley below me or watching the sun set behind the distant mountains. Life is great.

Very impressed with the Versamax. I'm a real beginner when it comes to power tools, but I wanted to build a moveable henhouse from old pallets and bits of recycled timber. Then I tried building a beehive. It would have taken me forever without the versamax, but it just makes everything so easy. The customer service was great, fast delivery and everything arrived in perfect order. Now thinking about my third building project....
