Friendly staff and great experience, tiger fresh milk teas had a good taste but I have yet to try the kitkat smoothie which i am excited for. The workers that I saw had awesome customer skills and good vibes. thank you for your services <3

I’m so disappointed by my most recent order on Uber eats. I paid $12 for a tea that had more than half a cup of ice and barely any herbal jelly. 30/08/21Old review:Major improvement on pearl texture! I would recommend share tea Epping to friends!PROS:- quick service & visually clean- easy accessibility- great opening hours- available on UberEats- take Liven payments ( unless they forget to charge their phone)CONS:- pearls too soft or too hard ( improved since I first bought from them)- a bit stingy on amount of toppings- if you ask for less ice it’s not really measurably lessOver all, I think it’ll suit your fix if you need but don’t expect your gummy experience to last way past you’ve finished the liquid.

Just conveniently right next to the train station. Friendly staff. Had the Okinawa milk tea with pearls ($7.45 for large).Quite liked it - sweetness was quite different, almost like it had some brown sugar in it - wasn’t overly sweet and loaded to the brim with ice though it could have had a tad bit more of ice. Pearls were soft but had some chew to it still. Could’ve had more pearls maybe.

Me and my wife are addicted to Sharetea. We recently moved near Epping and tried this outlet for the first time today which is 28th November around 7pm. The girl who was working there looked so sad and she probably hates her job. And the result is horrible tea. I just had the worst Tiger Mango milk tea. I asked for mini pearls and less sugar. Instead I got regular pearls with regular sugar. The drinks made had close to no flavour at all. I have had drinks from several sharetea outlets but this was by far the worst. We always have the same order and this was truly very disappointing.

There was still a decent amount of time before closing, and the cashier ushered us out and told us they were closed. Somewhat understandable, but as we were leaving, we saw her serving other people that arrived a couple minutes after us. Didn’t seem fair imo

Terrible service m, the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Very slow service!On their website it says they will open by 11, I went at 12 and they were not ready to serve and hadn’t prepared their toppings.Very watered down drinks compared to other Shareteas around Sydney, they had weird lumps and didn’t taste right. It is very obvious in the taste of the drinks that it is not fresh, the pearls are really hard to chew on and taste weird.They barely ever get my order right and mess up either the topping, size or even the tea!

We bought a tiger milk tea yesterday at around 12pm. The pearls were impossible to chew and indigestible. My daughter had diarrhoea later during the day. It was a very disappointing experience. Will not come again.

I decided to give sharetea another chance today as I was desperately craving tea, but as expected, I was disappointed yet again.Firstly, the tea doesn’t taste nice nor does it leave a nice feeling in my mouth. And not to mention, the pearls were way too soft, as if they weren’t there at all.Secondly, they really need to update their system. It’s already a painfully long wait when waiting for my order but they gave my order to the wrong person, making me wait another 5 minutes. They need to either have a receipt system with numbers or just simply calling your name out.Overall, I was not impressed by their flavour and customer service and will probably not go again.

Pretty decent... The customer service was pretty good. There are so many customisation options...I ended up getting a lychee tea and it did taste pretty good. Had never tried this shop before coz everytime I passed the queue was pretty long... They could do with a little less ice Though

bought a strawberry black tea with pearls, no ice half sugar. unfortunately it did not taste like strawberries at all, so i went back to ask for a replacement. they agreed to make me another one, but here are the problems: 1) i asked if i could have a peach tea instead and the worker didn’t answer me, but simply snickered at the other worker. 2) the worker with a shift starting at 5pm today (sunday 26th feb) did not WASH HER HANDS upon entering the store - she commenced making drinks without abiding by WHS practices. i told her this after receiving my replacement drink and she just looked at her hands in response…does she have any idea how much of a violation this is?the replacement drink did not merely taste like strawberries either.i am very disappointed
