I just got the best haircut from the 16yo female apprentice. We have been traveling Australia for 1 year now and it’s the first good haircut I have hade!This young lady is gonna go places!!Also her customer service was 100%.Her parents have done a fantastic job raising her !Thanks and I’ll be back before I leave Port Hedland.

Not bad by Hedland standards, but with an enormous amount of inefficiency with some staff members working really hard, while others dawdle around on phones while customers wait after booking for up to an hour.

I've tried 4 times now to get my hair cut at this place with no luck. This time though they've closed up and not let anyone know. Go elsewhere if you can.

Made an appointment 5 weeks ago for 5:15pm .... they ring the day before WITH ATTITUDE to tell me my 12:15pm is cancelled because the tech is sick.... won't go back here

Every time I ring its always leave a message or I will get a reply few days later. So I always have to do a walk in appointment. When asked the response was oh sorry too busy to answer the phone'' ???? I found the customer service continuously not obliging
