Great studio with knowledgeable, light-hearted teachers who make you feel comfortable to go at your own pace. I love that the room has a soft, dim light and that there are always essential oils diffusing.

I love Bayside Yoga! I am new to the Bayside area, and also new to Yoga and Pilates. I was pretty nervous about turning up by myself the first time, but everyone is so supportive, the space is beautiful and the instructors are awesome. Dee (the owner) is committed to creating a strong community and she has succeeded with her studio. I have met many new friends, and am loving the coffee culture after the practices. I would thoroughly recommend Yoga Bayside for everyone of all levels.

A beautiful and tranquil studio to enjoy your Yoga and Pilates classes. Such a nice community here, I have done many yoga classes with Dee over the years I have always loved her style and this shines through with her space here.

I love Yoga Bayside for a myriad of reasons : the space itself provides a safe, peaceful, sublime sanctuary in a hectic world; the instructors are welcoming, warm, talented and wonderfully varied each bringing subtle differences and personal touches to suit individual ability, body type, taste and mood; the YB community is open and genuine so that you can feel as much a part of it as you want to be; the timetable is broad, and the prices and offers mean the magic of yoga is accessible and affordable to most at this studio. A session on my yoga mat at Yoga Bayside is always an hour well spent, and the positive impact on my body, mind and spirit is something I wouldn’t, couldn’t shouldn’t give up for all the tea in China. I can’t recommend this gorgeous intimate studio highly enough!

Yoga Bayside is a great calming, professional studio with really awesome teachers. Online early classes have just been trialled and I found them a great addition to the timetable because it means I can do the early morning classes from home, that I wouldn't normally be able to do due to young children.

I absolutely love Bayside Yoga and of course Dee too! The studio itself is very calming and welcoming and I so much enjoy Dee's Pilates and yoga classes. A really lovely community feel.

I did a workshop about stress this weekend in bayside studio. It was my first time there. Dee ia so welcoming, the studio is simple but we feel straight away confy like at home. The workshop was well balance between explainations and practice. You must try this studio you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Dee.
