Absolutely amazing service. The lovely lady fixed a horror SNS set from a previous salon. She was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. Such a nice atmosphere. I have 100% found my forever salon.

Lady was so harsh on my hands was very careless and cut me multiple times my nails looked so odd in the some were longer then others Unbend would not recommend very bad salon!!!

I feel like people are getting Pearl Nails Campbelltown Mall & Pearl Nails Macarthur Square mixed up seeing these reviews. Campbelltown Mall is the best place to get Eyelash Extensions! Staff are so friendly and they have reasonable pricing. My lashes last me 4 weeks most times!Pearl Nails at MacArthur Square, well that’s a different story. They are shocking.Definitely recommend Pearl Nails Campbelltown Mall.DO NOT GO TO THE ONE AT MACARTHUR SQUARE!!

The staff are rude and complain if you ask them to fix up your nails a bit. The products used are cheap and tacky and the staff seems as thought aren’t trained properly

Get a piercing here if you want an infection! Went back politely asking them to remove a piercing they did wrong, Staff are so rude they called security on me, who took my side and helped me complain about the service. The doctor said they pierced my belly wrong it was in too far so it was their fault it was infectedOf course you would reply denying it, your at Campbelltown mall, i know i have the right shop. You were piercing someone else when I saw your rude staff. I still haven't forgotten how the day went, or the place it happened. I see you claim to have new management, perhaps I had it done before management changed now you dont do belly piercing anymore

Pearl nails has always done my nails to my liking and my eye brows very friendly people keep up the good work ladies ❤️❤️

The customer service at this place has become very poor. I felt rushed, went in for a mani and pedi in which they didn’t even do a proper job. The gel polish on my toes started coming off when I got home, they had overcharged me as well. They also need to stop forcing customers to buy those nail kits for $2 each time you go there in the name of “covid precaution “ but then proceed to use there drill kits on multiple customer without sanitising in between. I do not recommend anyone to go there!!!!

very rough, swapped girls 3 times. didn’t look trained in how to do nails at all, when they put the tips on my nails were burning, the nails are quite thin and very expensive for how the nail quality is, wouldn’t recommend going here.
