Dave was great. Very efficient, honest and upfront. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything unnecessary (unlike at dealership services ). No running around trying to fit service into my day as it was all done in my work carpark. Very easy and will use again

The mechanic who did a pre-purchase inspection for me was great. Explained things well on the phone, answered my questions. I was very happy with this aspect of the service.However, be warned that when they say ‘we will beat any price’ they don’t actually mean it. There are a lot of unwritten details about this. It is very misleading. When I gave them another quote and asked them to beat it, they refused, saying it wasn’t the same service as the one they do. As far as I am concerned, as a consumer who doesn’t know all the in and outs, a pre-purchase inspection is a pre-purchase inspection. But apparently not. When I told them how misleading their slogan is, they agreed so I hope they change it. Even to add some ‘fine print’ with clarification would be acceptable.

We had an auto mechanic from your business come out to our home to advise us why the car wouldn’t start. He checked the battery and said “it’s not the battery” then stated it was the starter motor. So the next day we had a new starter motor put in. Within 3 days the car wouldn’t start. We got a reliable local auto mechanic out who stated it was the battery. We replaced the battery and have had no issues since. Thanks AutoKing for making me spend money that I don’t have. Will pass my experience onto everyone I know who asks about a reliable mechanics.

Called these guys when my car overheated. He came out, plugged some machines in and told me it would be 5k to fix. He charged me close to $100 and left in about 10 minutes. Turns out the car cost $500 So thanks for giving an eight month pregnant lady a heart attack as well as being completely rude and unhelpful. Calling these guys was an expensive mistake.

Not sure if this store answered the call or a call centre. I book 2 separate appointments for different vehicles on different days. Someone decided to cancel my first appointment and join it on to the second one with informing me so I got up early and waited for an hour for them not to show up or call me.

Very happy. Awsome service and the price was very reasonable. Jacob was my mechanic and was very friendly and thorough. Turned up on time and did a great job. Thanks Jake and thank you Auto King. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Serviceman arrived on time but that’s where the good news ended. He checked over car and provided a quote of $1500 (not itemised). He was here all of ten minutes, paid him the $99 call out fee then he drove off with my car keys which he returned the next day.Got a second opinion and had car back up and running for $350 inc call out fee.

Knowledgeable mechanic who arrived early, checked my car and provided the safety certificate the same day. Hassle free service that comes to you. You pay a little more than the standard fee for the convenience of them coming to you but it's a very flexible service for times and days.

First thing first the lady on the phone is so rude,Today I explained the issue with my Steering wheel sensor warning light which needs to be recalibrated and told them that it needs a SAS code scanner. I explained her that I gotta go to work this afternoon, then she assigned the job to a mechanic without a proper scanner ( one of those cheep one for engine only) and the she rang me and said take it to Toyota we can’t help you. They could but only because she assigned the job to someone without scanner they couldn’t get it done. Mechanics are good , I have been using their service but lady is rude, irresponsible. Then to justify her mistake she started lying.Shame on you
