Hi allI am 57, had multiple lower back surgeries over 36 years that have had left my body quite rigid and no flexibility. Doing these classes ( 3 x weekly) has helped enormously. I was sceptical about my ability and agility but, the staff were very encouraging and teachers incredibly supportive. I am in my third term having moved up to Intermediate 2. I thoroughly recommend this art form of fitness and strength building for your core and balance. If I can do it, anybody can. I am still learning about what I can do and where my limitations are but start as soon as you can and the benefits will be visible so quickly.Private lessons also a must to help your pole journey...

I love every second of my classes here! Huge, clean studio with very tall poles so I don't need to worry about kicking the ceiling like at other studios. ☺️ The teachers are all very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. Also love the separate change room and big mirrors.Only downside was the receptionist Persia" was cold and unfriendly. I loved everything apart from this. ❤️"

Bobbis has brought me strength and self confidence, i find myself looking forward to class all week! It isn't the cheapest form of fitness but i make the most of every cent because pole is so enjoyable
