my lot is close to Ven office, every thing is ready, roads, sewage but no body telling us about registration date/time, confused still we have to apply loan.

Ben has been very helpful. Even after exchange, he answers the questions and goes over and above his job!The registration has been done a bit quicker than anticipated. While, its good! it does cause some people issues given they were planning for around May 17 registration... compared to Feb-March 17 now!

Box Hill is fast becoming the estate of choice for established young families and first home buyers. It's has decent infrastructure with new school & Town Center being built by the developers, but most houses are with small facades, which somewhere kills the looks of the house. Stockland/ Gables has more restrictions on house designs which means almost every house has a unique design and is unique. Given the way this estate is coming up on the map of Box Hill, every cent invested here will pay back with interest. Highly recommended to invest in this estate.

This is an awesome Estate in a Beautiful Neighbourhood. The area is developing at an amazing pace with School & Town Center coming up pretty quick. It's perfect for Families and Kids.

The Hills are not alive with the sounds of Carmel. The noisy bulldozers have arrived and not a single tree has been left alive. Tear up the plants and pour in the concrete. It's awful how the farms have disappeared. Pity there are no new roads built. Get ready for major traffic jams. There's no way out.

Prepare to pay gap. Bank valued it 50k less the land cost for the land loan and 20k less on the overall property for the construction loan.

no available parks for families to enjoy, had to drive to other estates. schools don't have a definite timeline too so kids had to enroll to other suburbs which forced parents to make alternative arrangements. for long term investments but potential not be for another 10years once parks and schools are in

It is very disappointing contacting this agency...Yesterday afternoon, I had an online meeting with their sales person and we finalized purchase of a lot in Box Hill and a meeting was arranged for today to discuss the T&Cs and I pay 1,000 AUD to secure the lot. Surprisingly, they contacted me this morning and informed me they have sold that lot without prior notice. I was really speechless. Definitely, this is not the way to do business. It gives me the feeling of betrayal or cheating when a company breaks the promise that easy and expects the customer to accept their simply saying of 'Apology'.I can not trust this real estate anymore and do not recommend it. People should bear in mind that such real estates take advantage of the current situation of property market and contribute to the unreasonable price rise of the market...

I am waiting more than 31 days (SLA 15 days) to get the Developer approval for my construction. Builder have followed up now I am personally following up. Sending emails, phone calls to the Sales Team no response unless i do follow up with them. I went and saw Vivian personally as well. Only good when you wanted to buy the land.
