I really recommend the Physiotherapist Andrew Wang, he is very professional, knowledgeable and kind.With his soft touch and exercises recommendations, I am much better now from a bursitis diagnosis on my right shoulder.I’m so glad I found him at this practice, he is the BEST!

I’ve been coming here to see the physiotherapist Andrew for a while now and I won’t go anywhere else. It’s taken me years to find someone like him. He’s professional, thorough, caring and has extensive knowledge and experience in his profession. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s good value for money and gives you effective treatment plans that work wonders for mobility improvement.

Hands down the best medical practice I've had the pleasure of going to; in or outside of Australia (American-Native). Dr. Charlie Ellis is one of the best doctors I've ever seen, and I have seen MANY many throughout my life. My medical record is very extensive, unfortunately, and Charlie is so thorough and takes everything into consideration. There's no beating around the bush, no ignorance, no feeling of I know better than you". He knows you know your body best

We were seeking a family doctor and so glad we found Dr Ellis, he has been just great. Apart from being very knowledgeable with a variety of unusual subjects we threw his way, he referred us to great specialists - he is genuinely caring and kind no only in his clinic but with the overall treatment of his patients.His new clinic in Botany is beautiful too, couldn't be happier to have him as our family doctor.

Dr.Charles Ellis and Dr.Chang are both fantastic doctors. They are both very knowledgable and friendly. The clinic itself is new and clean, receptionist are friendly and there is barely any waiting time. They are both very thorough sending referrals and organising scans for me as well as testing and coming up with the correct diagnosis. Our whole family will continue to go here and I can't speak highly enough of the care we all receive. Thank you for making life so much easier and for having such a warm and trustworthy environment that will know we will receive the upmost care.

Dr Carolyn is suuuuch an amazing doctor. I followed her here from another practice and after she went on leave, I was pretty nervous but ended up feeling really safe and welcomed by the staff. I am glad that they are a service that makes it clear that they care about you holistically. Charlie was pretty awesome in his care and very thoughtful in talking through issues. I've never seen a male doctor in my life but Charlie was incredibly respectful and had clear boundaries and mechanisms in place to help young women feel safe when talking about medical issues!

Most disgusting behavior I have experienced in a clinic. 0 stars if it was allowed. Being manipulated by liars full of contempt and treating me with hostility. If you want a doctor offended by the truth, this is the place for you.
