Quine Building has worked with Hanlon Windows for many years. Our boys love using and installing the product. Hanlon's staff always happy to help with any situation.

The Hanlon team took the time to provide me with information and guidance in starting the process of a new custom window install. They were very obliging and made me feel like a valued customer.I'm confident now to pursue ideas and planning through the Hanlon team.

My colleague used Hanlon on a new build beach house in Wollongong. They supplied and installed windows, multiple sliding doors and retractable fly screens.Less than 2 years after installation, the retractable screens no long worked, despite the house only being used for 8 weeks during that time.Hanlon finally agreed to complete the work under warranty and organised a third party to repair the screens. When he arrived, he informed them that the work was not covered by warranty.Most surprisingly, when the invoice arrived, it showed that the repairer loved 4 hours away from the job and the travel time charges were more than the repair cost - none of which was advised in advance.I haven’t seen anything like this before and wanted to share. Poor quality products that fail with such little use and very poor service.

Have had Hanlon windows now for over 3 months and happy we chose such a quality product. Stacker doors work very well and are easy to open and close. Triangle windows look great. Fly screens also working well. Highly recommended.

Popped into Hanlon windows at Bomaderry today wanting to order a Velux sky tunnel. Waste of time! The front desk staff seemed annoyed that I’d walked into their empty showroom and gave me zero information on the product I wanted. I didn’t bother asking them to come and quote on replacing ALL of my timber fly screens. Went straight to Bunnings , ordered the Velux sun tunnel and I will be using another company for my fly screens!

Hanlon Windows is a terrible company to deal with, we've had absolutely no level of customer service. I really wish we had gone with another window company, Hanlon's quote was not the cheapest, we wanted a quality product and quality service, we got neither. I would have thought that when you're spending over $50,000 with a company, for the whole house window package, they would offer some sort of service. We have had to use other companies to fix Hanlon's product because they couldn't be bothered to turn up to our site to rectify their product issues. Our flyscreens didn't fit our windows and not all the parts were supplied to seal them, we were told to get them fixed ourselves, and they won't pay the invoice for the contractor who fixed them. Also, the rubbers around the windows aren't sealed all the way down the sides so we have drafts around most of our windows, this is something that still has to be rectified, and no doubt we will need to put a small claim into NCAT it get some sort of traction on payment. Do yourself a favour and don't use Hanlon Windows.

We are in the process of building a new property and the windows are the single biggest expense of the whole build. Therefore the need to get them right in performance and aesthetic is vital. We feel so lucky to have found Hanlon Windows at Bomaderry and in particular Greg our sales rep. Greg has been amazing throughout the whole process advising on the best products to suit our design and to comply with the double glazing we required. He has dropped everything at times to resolve any minor issue and has always followed up everything he has said he would do. We could not be happier and highly recommend this company.
