Really helpful and friendly guys, they helped me select the right pair of chaps for chainsaw work. We had a good chat, and a look around the store and it looks like they have a good range of gear. A great asset to Monbulk.

Don't go here if you want customer focused service.I have been a regular customer for some years now, and when I went there today with a blower that was recently serviced & repaired, but had again failed, I was in the wrong.I won't be darkening their door again.Many other places in the Dandenongs where I can get my tools serviced.Customer lost.

Disapointed. He showed me no interest in after sales support if it reduces a profit. I bought a roll of the wrong diameter bulk brush cutter filament for $60. When requesting an exchange, he just offered to sell a reel of the correct diameter, and then got grumpy when I asked if he would take the other roll back. I volunteered that 0.5m had been used before we found it was the wrong size, and was happy to not get a full purchase credit. The best he would do was a $20 discount on a $50 replacement roll, which makes my cost about $90 for a roll of line. No compromise or customer support by Alpine Mowers here! The thing that is most dissapointing is he treated me as an annoying person trying to rip them off instead of being a supporting retailer building customer confidence. Not reccomended until a change of attitude, management or owners.

You should have opted to stay out of my personal business Alpine mowers. But thankyou, we've now got an amazing relationship with another Commercial business off the Hill, that really values our loyalty and the dollars we spend in store.

Don't Waist your time with this place, shop elsewhere more deserving.Customer service in this place is non existent.Spent a bit of money over the years with this business as i always try to shop local, but no more.Stopped here this afternoon wanting to order some Mower blades for my ride on.After giving the the Moustachioed Staff Member the all the required information such as mower brand, model and deck Size, AND the sample of the worn blade, all i got was cant help i need more information, with a major serve of arrogance and attitude.There was ZERO interest in trying to help with my enquiry or to source a set.This guy is his competitions best sales man.Spent no more than 5 min on the internet with the same information i gave these guys and found a set of blades to fit my mower.

I have been a very happy customer for over 15 years. Nothing is too much trouble, very helpful and great service. Well done people.
