Customer service has been ok, but don't recommend you ever purchase the PULLMAN 10lt COMMERCIAL VACUUM, as they don't even last the 1yr warranty date! The first one needed the cord replaced after 6mths & the motor blew up after 10mths. Bought a second one & the cord blew out after 9mths. And I only use it 4 days a week! They should be taken off the market!

Bought a Hoover carpet cleaner from this shop for $300. The first one broke within 5 mins, the second stopped working correctly after ~2 years. First I'd like to state I've only used the cleaner maybe a dozen times at most and I've been so careful with the product as the first broke so easily, but it seems that makes no difference as I'm left now without a cleaner and will never buy from Godfrey's again, they sell junk.

Katarina was extremely helpful today and is very knowledgeable when it comes to vacuum cleaners. I have purchased from this store a few times in the last few years, very happy with their friendly service they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, we will be back in the future ☺️

Bought the Tineco Pure One S12 vacuum cleaner and without exaggerating it has been one of the best household purchase in the last 10 years. Robert gave a great demonstration to me and then to my wife again 15 mins later. It works fantastic on both hard floors and carpet and easy to change cleaning heads and attachments as well as cleaning the heads and filter. Don't let the price fool you - it's a bargain for what you get. Long term customer of Godfrey's Firle Plaza and the experience was outstanding.. Well done guys.

We had a fantastic experience at this Godfrey's. Rob and Katarina are very lovely people and are happy to answer any questions you have. Very professional and friendly service. Super happy with the 2 new products we purchased today, especially my new Tineco hard floor cleaner. We will definitely be returning customers.

Robert is extremely helpful and passionate about his work and store. We had issues with our vacuum cleaner scratching our wooden floors and Robert went out of his way to provide multiple solutions to our issue. I would definitely recommend Robert and his store for any of your vacuum cleaning needs.

Today I bought Hoover vacuum for my House, 1) Great customer service and she provided demo as well and I was very impressed, 2) I should have listened to Katarina on her recommendation regarding Bagless and with Bag, my stupidity, got the Bagless Hoover, certainly it’s a great vacuum cleaner and does the cleaning well. Katarina Thanks a lot for your guidance. I'll definitely come back if I need a replacement vacuum cleaner next time and Katarina also went above on telling me which parts I can re-use and retain when I need to discard my old vac. Excellent service! Katerina was friendly and straight to the point, she was very professional at finding and selling me the right vacuum that I needed. The vacuum worked like a charm! I can finally say my carpets feel so clean! I am 100% satisfied!! I'll be back in the future to look into a steam mop for sure!! Thank you for the wonderful service!
