I have been to many gyms in the past and none of them compare to this one. They have the best trainers and it’s so personal. They actually care about your technique and your goals. People you will not be disappointed! And then after you train the cafe there has some really yummy food.

I have been training with the Tarryn and Tom at Frost Fit for a few weeks now and absolutely loving it! It is the most encouraging and professional gym I've been a member of. They are big on technique and working with each person at their individual needs, whilst always pushing you to be your best! I get so much out of each session, and am already feeling fitter and stronger. Love the community you guys are building, and that I can work hard and have a laugh at the same time!

I’ve been training here for some time now and always welcoming. Great friendly people and the team are the very best trainers I’ve had. They’ve helped me with not only lifting and cardio but are able to help with diet and wellbeing. Highly recommend Tom and Tarryn’s great little fitness business for anything you wish to achieve in your fitness and health journey.

This place is the best. The trainers are fantastic, the other people that train here are super friendly and the vibe when your here is fantastic.Equipment is great, everything is kept very clean, i recommend this place to all my friends and family

Frost Fit is the most welcoming gym and has the best vibe. I started going 6 months ago and can say this is the longest I’ve stuck to any program. This is all because these guys know their stuff, are super friendly and their commitment to everyone’s individual fitness goals blows me away. Would recommend them to anyone.
