I loved my first ever ice bath! Gorgeous surroundings, a friendly atmosphere and just an incredible experience all round. Stevie is a knowledgeable, welcoming and accommodating host. Do yourself a favour and try Darwin Ice Baths!

Steve creates a wonderful relaxed supportive environment. I was surprised at the benefits I gained during and after each ice bath session. I have become more calm and present if a stressful situation arises, naturally more in control of my emotions, my physical body even felt lighter after each session. This really proves how powerful breathing and mind body connection elevates personal well-being. Looking forward to continuing the journey!

I can highly recommend Steve’s ice baths and yoga to anyone in the Darwin area. While it is evident that’s it’s an up and coming business he delivers an excellent product at a great venue. I look forward to more of his up and coming ice baths

I don’t want to give too much away to those who haven’t tried an Ice Bath before… but trust me, you feel great! (There’s a reason I’ve been back for 5 consecutive weeks). I have a feeling similar to that post-workout buzz. Steve is awesome at coaching you through the tough moments and the space is absolutely beautiful - the perfect place to find your zen. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the gorgeous surroundings and 'warm' atmosphere that is here. Lush gardens and friendly people make this expereince so much more than just a quick dip in a cold bath! Highly reccomend trying Darwin Ice Baths
