Let me do you a favour DO NOT WASTE your time or money here! I went to this shop at 1:30pm purchased four bunches of flowers and asked for the lady to arrange them in a vase for me. I said I would go home to get my vase and if I didn’t find the big one to arrange over two.I was asked to pay upfront of $120 which I did, I thought the price was a bit expensive but I didn’t mind. During this time there were several others customers of the same nationality there all talking their language in front of me and I waited five minutes to get served.When I arrived back at 6pm the arrangement was made up as one, I had two vases. I asked the same lady to rearrange across my two and I would pay extra. I said I needed to do some shopping in coles and would be back in 40-60mins. At that time the same thing happened multiple people talking their own language and I waited another five minutes to be served.When I arrived back at least an hour later my flowers were not in my vase and the lady informed me she was “to busy’ although I had paid for this service. Again for a third time more people in the shop talking the same language. She proceeded to hand me the arrangement of flowers dripping wet with no wrapping!What a joke! Terrible customer service and all I got was a sorry!!Save your money go to botanics of Melbourne or saving grace flowers in Essendon! 0 stars from me and my flowers are average I could have arranged them better!!!!Don’t give this business your money!!
