Great pies and I just an awesome chicken burger - giant and tasty! Much improved from years ago when I was here last, big variety of great tucker. Would have gone 5 stars but they could clean up the dining area a little more and they put tomato on my burger when I asked for no tomato. No big deal.

Sour Dough bread is excellent.Unfortunately our scrambled eggs were very dry, not cooked with milk, butter or parsley.Not nice at all, very disappointing.Teacup was stained not clean had to have it replaced.

Great place to stop for a quick bite or takeaway. Lots of parking in convenient location in town. Awesome selection of pies, sandwiches and sweets to chose from.

Great pies.. tasty filling, good size and perfect temperature. Pastry was a little too thick but one of the best steak, bacon and cheese pies I've had. Staff were friendly as well.

Reasonable variety of different flavoured pies and other food types available here, as well as cold drinks and coffee. Located on the main road into cooktown. Quirky old building, service was reasonably fast and after a few days bush camping the food tasted good.

Got a lamington with cream in between, must of been frozen and old as it was as tough as old boots. Coffee was good though

Great little bakery!We went to the bakery twice during our stay in Cooktown.Both times were very busy.The pies were great and the coffee was really nice. BEST IN TOWN!
