My phones charging port was dirty and my cable wouldn't lock in, the legends accessed it with in a few seconds, cleaned it out and it works as good as it did when new. Fast easy and affordable!

Normally, I avoid writing reviews, but I hope to help the next person save money and time...My screen was repaired" here about two months ago. They replaced my screen for over $200 only for it to crack again after three weeks of normal use. It literally crumbled at the tips of my fingers. I've never had a phone do that. I returned weeks later to be told it would be replaced for an additional $190. So firstly they charged me more initially. Gave me an inferior product. Thirdly

Don't waste your time and money. Go to an authorised phone repair shop or don't get your phone repaired at all. Had a Samsung battery changed over to a new one and then needed to buy a new screen due to pixel burn. Quoted at 110 for the battery and an additional 280 for the screen. Screen was working perfectly prior to going here. Owner did not take responsibility for fault. Will not be going here again.

Took my phone in to see why it wasn't turning on anymore. They said they'd try to fix it and if they couldn't, they'd put it back together as it was and there would be no charge. They (Fix-A-Fone) then called me a few days later and told me that they had tried to fix it but couldn't. So I then took it to Samsung Highpoint and they sent it to their technicians to be looked at and hopefully be fixed. Samsung rang me a few days later and told me that they saw that a third party had tried to do some repairs on it. They told me that the battery was (bloated) and there was a problem with it not charging". But they also told me that the camera had been damaged and therefore the phone was now not really worth fixing ($700). I'm upset because there was absolutely nothing wrong with the camera before I took it to Fix-A-Fone. When I went in to Fix-A-Fone to pick it up
