I applied to rent a cottage in Gierkes Rd Iredale... No referances where called yet I was told the owner said no to my application.. rent was at $220pw.. I do not believe my application was presented to them, I hold a very stable solid position in my job, I have referances and a landlord who know me and my charector.. but was told they wouldnt have anything bad to say about you Linda.. well great id hope my reputation in my industry and life has got me to a place where people can say only good things about me.. I heard bad things about remax Withcott but I judge by my own experience not on what others think.. and I can tell you nothing professional about this company. When I called the principal to make a formal complaint that I didnt think the owners had seen my application I was asked why I was calling him he only shows the properties.. Well my friend you are the principle and someone needs to take some accountability and stand up for the owners. Not let the rental lady dictate who she likes" I call again today to see if the owner would reconsider my application after the property went from $220 to $195pw.. I was happy at the $220 and would have paid a bit more.. but no I was told today the owner found someone they "like" and the add hadn't been removed.. Even my 11yo daughter looks at houses with me and if remax withcott is on the listing

Remax has the most unsatisfied customers relating too renting that ive heard of. I would not recommend remax withcott to anyone . Use toowoomba agencies.

Owner of the business is very rude. Refuses to help us with an invoice as 'he doesn't pay his staff to do that'. Staff are always rude to us and never helpful. Takes way to long to get responses or repairs done in our property. Would not use these guys if we were an owner wanting to rent our place out. Horrible. 0 stars.

We bought our property from Leigh and many years later, he was our first choice to sell it for us, we currently rent a property managed by Gail and they are faultless.

Generally very disappointing -Staff appeared incompetent. Unable to follow through with maintenance issues regarding safety and privacy, or it seems, appropriate communications in general. Needed to refer to the Residential Tribunal for support.
