Staff are super friendly and knowledgable about the area. Paddle steamer tickets can be booked here and lots of maps and brochures available. Also has two old wells inside the building to look down.

Excellent info resource for pretty much all of Vic and some NSW. Also stock local food like the pork pies from local British place Pacdon Park which was closed over Easter but could still stock up.

This photo prompted the thought of how high the Murray River was when it was in flood. Imagine the river so high that the upper level of the pier was where the paddle steamers could be boarded.

Love coming back to this Town, has a free park of Campaspe Dr on the rivers edge. Tourist attractions are extremely important here with the shops and food, go for a long walk along this Town and you won't be disappointed

Really cool visitor info centre based at the site of the old Echuca Pump Station.Ladies here are super helpful but also happy to let you wander around. Take as many booklets etc as you like, some have really good deals and discounts for local businesses and attractions in them.Alongside the usual info booklets & pamphlets, there is heaps to look at & do here including:- Exhibits of the old pump house etc.- Tanks with lizards, yabbies and turtles.- Colouring in station for kids.- Couches & chairs to take in the water views outside the massive windows.- Walking track that starts in carpark and goes through to the port, paddle-steamers and main streets of town.- Airconditioned- Toilets are clean & well stocked- Coffee & tea machine- Cold drinks & ice cream available also

Very calm and peaceful. Perfect spot to unwind and reenergize by just being there. We bought KFC and had a picnic dinner. Strongly recommended for a day out. Good variety of birds which you can't see in Qld.
