Completely and utterly incapable of scheduling. Been moved around and incorrectly booked numerous times this year alone which has now impacted the timeline in my apprenticeship. How hard is it? Do better.

Lack of communication.I emailed weeks ago & still waiting for reply regarding a course.My son is an apprentice, Tafe emails when he should be on campus and when he does arrive, he finds they have emailed the wrong dates. Happens all the time.Communication between the office & teachers doesn't exist.Staff, please talk to each other for better outcomes.

I have been trying to phone TAFE Nambour and so far I have been on hold for 1 1/4 hours. I don't think they will take my call before they finish work today. It is 3:53pm! Not happy.
