Above and beyond in service, friendliness, affordability, payment options, clean and welcoming facilities and most importantly, an amazing hair cut I raved about for weeks. Really took the time to browse photos online to help accommodate my very unique tastes, and the hair wash afterwards was so lovely and relaxing. The absence of chemical smells meant my asthma didn't play up, so overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

I had already had a hair cut while I was away, but on returning home decided to have the sides shaped down and not have it all one length. The First Lady said yes we will charge you for a fringe cut. When my time came up that lady wasn’t there and they put me with someone else. I explained to her I wanted shaping only from my jaw down but she started picking up my hair and cutting in. The First Lady came and said to her charge for a fringe cut. The girl kept picking up the same area of hair and cutting. I said what are you doing ? I just want it shaped down from my jaw. She kept doing the same till I told her to stop. I had to go away the next day but on my return I went and showed them how it looked like a fringe and just a chunk cut around my jaw line. The lady said someone would call me but no one did! Now I have to go elsewhere and get it shaped correctly ! I’ve got photos just in case. But no one contacted me. Never going back to just cuts the Asian girl who cut it didn’t seem to even understand me. My hair looks terrible now, and won’t recommend this place.

I got my hair cut at another place yesterday and they totally ruined it but Robyn fixed up my hair for me and made it flow so nicely. I have curly hair too so I’m always apprehensive about getting it cut but she layered it beautifully so my curls bounced and framed my face so nicely.Thank you Robyn for working your magic!

I went to the Just Cuts in Ipswich and they charged me $75 for both of my sister and me which was very very reasonable We both got a trim and a style and a wash very good however I went to the one in Ipswich and they charged me $112 for a straightening, and a fringe trim and it was just for me.I did say I didn’t want a wash cause I was on a time limit and already washed my hair but they still charged me because they had to dampen my hair, a little bit for cutting Also, the older lady there doing my hair was picking out every insecurity that I had with my hair. It was to dry there’s breakage at the back. It’s longer on one side compared to the other. you must’ve not gotten your hair done at a professional, which I did. Asking me if I wash it with conditioner. Asking me if I use the right shampoo and conditioner. And yes I do use the right shampoo and conditioner from the hairdresser and I got my hair done professionally. I did not feel very comfortable with her saying those things and I did not feel very happy about the service. she overcharged me saying that my hair was long, which it is medium length. I did not feel happy leaving that hairdresser. I won’t be going back to Just cuts ipswich.

Walked in just after 4.30. 2 hairdressers on. I was told one would finish in 10min. But they could not do a trim. They didn’t need to wash my hair just a trim and said they just wouldn’t have time because they had to clean up before they went home. This is the third time I have tried to “book “ with their booking system. To be told wait times but and having to wait almost another hour over the initial booking. Never again. Lazy and rude staff.

Today I went to get my first haircut since having my baby abd massacre it at home. The service was friendly, fast and affordable and I love my hair. Donna did a great job and the other women were very helpful with my baby girl too. Thankyou for a great experience, I'll be back!

Usually my experience at shopping centre hair salons is pretty average - I receive okay service and I have to fix my hair afterwards. This was not the case with Rachel at Just Cuts Ipswich. She was super kind, energetic, and listened to what I wanted whilst asking a bunch of questions to ensure we were on the same page. She fit me in between waiting for clients so I was seated immediately, and my cut was completed quickly and accurately. She asked me a lot of questions about my day and had a positive attitude despite the fact the salon was busy. I left with a straight and even cut. I will definitely be asking for her again if I need another trim!

Came in tonight with a friend and was greeted by Donna who went above and beyond with washing, cutting and styling my hair. I was later introduced to Robyn who was extremely lovely to chat to. Both Robyn and Donna made me feel welcome and left feeling 100 times better! Would highly reccomend this place to anyone wanting a Haircut in Ipswich!

When I walked in simply to ask for some advice and questions, I was rudely glared at as if I was dumb for asking if they did colour or not, my daughter and I are new to the area and obviously wasn’t aware or would never have stepped foot in such a hostile shop. Both the women chose to be impolite and act childish towards me however I’m glad I’m not wasting more of my time here nor will I ever recommend this shop ever to anyone.Good customer service skills go a long way.Neither of these lady’s decided to work appropriately or in a kind, understanding manner.Ps. Teach your staff to do more than cut bobs.

I just want to start off by saying that the staff are really friendly and polite however the lady who did my haircut finished the trim (which is what I wanted) in about 10 minutes, which I thought was quite odd. After I got home I straightened my hair as it’s quite wavy and I was able to have a better look. I was shocked to find that my hair was butchered, and it was multiple lengths. I now have to go get my hair cut again however this time much shorter than what I wanted due to my hair being multiple lengths and unevenly cut. I’m sorry but I do not recommend this service nor will I be coming back. Thank you
